Business at the Oktoberfest
There are probably only two reasons for a visit to the "Wiesn", the original Munich Oktoberfest. Either you want to flirt
or doing business which means building relationships and maintain business contacts. There is probably
little better occasions. But an iron rule applies here: Similar to
flirting
you should not talk about your
profession (communication killer # 1) and your business if you want to do business at the "wiesn".
Sounds contradictory? Yes, you're right! During your Oktoberfest visit you are here to get to know each
other - nothing else. After your visit you can use your new contacts and start working with each other. Have fun!
